Helping you Navigate Life After Major Transitions

Whether you’re healing from burnout, ending a relationship, grieving old identities, or rebuilding after deep transformation, I help you reconnect with yourself and move forward from a place of clarity, power, and peace. This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

A Little About Me

Hi There. I’m Dr. Sam!

I used to be a workaholic, running a multiple six-figure consulting firm while silently cycling through autistic burnout. For years, I overachieved my way through pain, pushing past my limits and calling it "success."
Then everything changed. I let it all fall apart. And when I surrendered and then took time to rest, I built something better.
Now, I help women and femmes, especially those who are neurodivergent, sensitive, or spiritually attuned, reimagine their lives through burnout recovery, intuitive strategy, and alignment-focused life planning. I meet you where you are and help you design a rhythm of life that feels sustainable and nurturing.
