Here’s the Short & Sweet Version of Who I Am:

I’ve spent my life overworking, earning four degrees, leading two startups, and developing two international SaaS products. But after a late autism diagnosis and two cycles of neurodivergent burnout, something needed to change. Now, I’ve redefined success to focus on rest and creativity. I’m here to help others recover from burnout and design a life that works with your energy, not against it.

  • Unemployed for 1.5 years while earning my doctorate in Org. Management

  • With my doctorate, I took a short part-time consulting gig for $14.50/hr, where I built a company's first DEI strategy in three months.

  • Landed my first six-figure job

  • Launched my second business in 2020, laying the groundwork with my business coach before officially promoting my services in May 2021.

  • Quit my Director role to launch a one-of-a-kind DEI program in October 2021.

  • Invested $10K into the program, growing the business from $0 to multiple five figures in just two months.

  • Expanded my offerings, hired a personal assistant, and generated over a quarter million in revenue by the end of 2022—more than I had ever made.

  • I kept going, using overworking as a shield against poverty.

  • Launched another SaaS product, an app for folks working in DEI, and secured a trademark for my program.

  • At the same time, I navigated an uncoupling from my engagement, severe depression, burnout, and health challenges, leading to a late autism diagnosis.

  • I moved closer to the family at the end of 2023 to recover from autistic burnout.

  • In 2024 I made the difficult decision to shut down my business and leave my 14-year career field. This was a critical step in prioritizing my well-being over everything else.

  • Things got worse before they got better. But I prioritized rest, meditation, prayer, and healing, deepening my spiritual connection and focusing on generational and inner child healing.

  • Resting created more space for creativity, and I developed my Autistic Burnout Recovery Framework, which helped me find a rhythm centered around rest and ease.

  • I am now focused on restructuring my life, rewiring my mindset, and allowing my body to lead.

My Core Beliefs

These core beliefs guide how I show up in my life, my content, and all that I create. They are the foundation of everything I do and the values you can expect in every interaction with me.

Center Rest

Rest is not a reward but a necessity. Resting restores your mind, body, and spirit and creates space for creative expression.

Be Creative

Tapping into your creativity, however that looks for you (authenticity), keeps you in alignment with your highest good and in community with those with similar values.

You Are Not An Island

Community is your lifeline needed to navigate life and uphold the other core beliefs listed here. It also creates space for a mutual exchange of love, support, and care.

Let's Connect
