Each session creates space to slow down, listen to the body, name patterns, and integrate what’s surfacing in real time. The experience is shaped by who’s in the room. I review every application personally to ensure the container is aligned, supportive, and well-held.

The Soul Activation Model™: Why This Works
Most burnout and “alignment” programs are rooted in productivity and external goals. They rarely account for nervous system state, masking, or the intersectional realities that shape women’s lives. High-achieving, high-masking women need something different. They need an approach that helps them remember who they were before complex trauma, societal conditioning, and chronic over-functioning pushed them into survival mode.

The Soul Activation Model™ is my structured method for moving out of High-Functioning Survival Mode. Rather than asking you to fix yourself, this work helps you unlearn survival-based patterns that are no longer necessary, so alignment can emerge naturally. This model works because it:

How the Cohort Unfolds
This cohort isn't structured like a course with modules to complete. Rather than moving linearly through content, we move through arcs of experience, guided by the Soul Activation Model™:
Each session will start at 7 pm EST and be approximately 75-90 min.
Session 1 & 2
Orientation & Recognition: We begin by exploring the Soul Activation Model™ and identifying where you are. You'll start to recognize the difference between what feels true to you and what is no longer sustainable. We also begin identifying the internal and external structures that have kept you in high-functioning survival mode, and what needs to shift to support alignment instead.
Session 3 & 4
The In-Between: We work with clearing old patterns, regulating the nervous system, and learning to stay present without forcing outcomes. You'll learn to navigate discomfort, process what comes up, and start building nervous system regulation tools and practices to stay grounded when things feel uncertain.
Session 5 & 6
Integration & Somatic Decision-Making: You'll work on timeline selection, accessing ancestral/spiritual guidance, and building trust with your body, intuition, and internal sense of timing. We explore relational boundaries that honor your needs, professional structures that support sustainability (not just productivity), spiritual practices for accessing intuition, and decision-making frameworks rooted in alignment.
Session 7 & 8
Embodiment & Closing: We explore maintenance practices for staying aligned when life gets uncertain, early warning systems to catch yourself before reverting to High-Functioning Survival Mode™, and what your next phase might look like.
Your body is treated as a source of intelligence, not something to manage. You're not being told what to do during our time together. Instead, you'll be held by a community of people who are also on the journey back home to themselves.

I’m Samantha-Rae (Dr. Sam) — an intuitive strategist and the creator of the Soul Activation Model™.
After years of navigating burnout, over-functioning, and high-masking achievement—what I describe as High-Functioning Survival Mode™—I developed the High-Functioning Survival Mode™ Framework: an intersectional, nervous-system-based framework designed specifically for high-achieving, high-masking women, many of whom are neurodivergent.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked across industries and with Fortune 500 organizations to design human-centered systems rooted in equity and accessibility. Today, my work lives at the intersection of systems thinking, somatic and ancestral awareness, and intuitive pattern recognition. I understand how survival patterns form — and what it takes to unwind them without collapsing your life, your income, or your sense of self in the process.
In this cohort, I don’t position myself as an authority above you. I hold the container, reflect patterns as they emerge, and help translate what your body and intuition are already communicating. The work unfolds through presence, discernment, and shared witnessing. If something in you knows it’s time to move differently, this cohort is designed to support that transition.
