Private Soul Activation™ is a four-month, bespoke intensive for high-achieving women whose external lives may still function well while their internal systems are strained, misaligned, or operating in survival.Across eight private sessions, we identify the pattern beneath the presenting issue, navigate the uncertainty that follows when old ways of operating begin to shift, restructure the conditions that are no longer sustainable, and build an operating model that reflects your actual capacity, values, and internal authority.This is Dr. Sam’s most in-depth applied work and is limited to two private clients per year.

What happens during a Soul Activation™ session?

Each session begins with what is most alive in your life. Whether thats a pattern, decision, conflict, transition, leadership issue, relationship dynamic, or place where you feel stuck.Dr. Sam uses research-informed reflection, intuitive pattern recognition, nervous-system awareness, and systems thinking to identify what may be driving the issue beneath the surface. Together, you clarify what needs to be understood, released, redesigned, or tested in real life.You leave each session with clearer language, grounded direction, and next steps calibrated to your capacity, not a generic list of assignments.

Why does the work last four months?

Recognizing a pattern can happen quickly, but integrating what we work through takes time.The four-month structure allows space for insight, experimentation, real-life feedback, restructuring, and integration. It also creates room to observe what happens when you change boundaries, responsibilities, work systems, relationships, or long-standing ways of making decisions.The goal is not prolonged dependence. It is enough time to build and test a different way of operating before the engagement ends.

This work is designed for women with significant self-awareness and enough emotional, financial, and logistical stability to engage deeply.It may be appropriate for executives, founders, leaders, and other highly responsible women navigating:a major life or leadership transition,repeated burnout despite previous attempts to recover,a business or career that no longer feels sustainable,identity change after years of achievement,complex decisions with personal and systemic implications,or the need to redesign how they work, lead, relate, and live.Private Soul Activation™ is not limited to business owners, and it is not business coaching disguised as healing work.

Who is it not for?

This is not appropriate for someone seeking crisis intervention, acute trauma treatment, emergency mental-health support, basic business setup, or continuous emotional availability.It is also not the right fit for someone seeking a prescriptive expert who will make decisions on her behalf. The process is collaborative and is designed to strengthen, not replace, the client’s internal authority.

How is this different from the Soul Activation™ Cohort?

The cohort is a 12-week communal experience for recognizing and beginning to navigate HFSM™ through teaching, reflection, guided practices, and small-group integration.Private Soul Activation™ is fully individualized. It is designed for complex transitions, confidential circumstances, and clients who need bespoke pattern mapping, strategic restructuring, and direct guidance tailored to their life, leadership, relationships, or business.

How is this different from coaching or therapy?

Accepted Answer

Therapy and Soul Activation™ may complement one another, but they serve different functions.Therapy is delivered by a licensed mental-health professional and may diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, process trauma, or support clinical stabilization. Soul Activation™ does not provide mental-health treatment or diagnosis.Soul Activation™ is a research-informed, intuitive, somatic, and strategic process focused on recognizing survival patterns, navigating transitions, making aligned decisions, and restructuring the systems surrounding the client’s life and work.Traditional coaching often centers defined goals, accountability, performance, or skill development. Soul Activation™ may include strategy and implementation, but it does not begin with the assumption that the client needs to perform better.The work begins by examining how survival, responsibility, identity, capacity, intuition, and external systems are shaping the client’s goals and decisions. The aim is not simply to help her achieve more. It is to help her operate from greater internal safety, clarity, and choice.

Do I need to complete the cohort first?

No. Some clients may come directly into private work because the complexity, privacy, or stakes of their situation require individual support.Others may begin with the cohort and later apply for private Soul Activation™. Participation in the cohort does not guarantee acceptance into private work, and private Soul Activation™ is not required to receive value from the cohort.

How are clients selected?

Applications are reviewed for mutual alignment, timing, scope, stability, and whether Dr. Sam's methodology is appropriate for the client’s needs.An invitation to an Alignment Call does not guarantee acceptance. The purpose of the process is to determine whether the work is mutually aligned and whether the client’s needs can be responsibly supported within the scope of the container.Only two private Soul Activation™ clients are accepted each year.

What if I only need one session?

A single session may be appropriate for a clearly defined decision, transition, or pattern that does not require an extended container.One-time sessions are not publicly offered as the default. They may be recommended after reviewing an application when Dr. Sam determines that a four-month engagement is unnecessary.

What is the investment?

Accepted Answer

The current investment is $6,300, with payment-plan options available.Because only two private clients are accepted annually, an approved application reserves significant capacity across four months. The investment covers the full engagement rather than individual session attendance.

What results can I expect?

Accepted Answer

Clients commonly seek clearer decisions, stronger boundaries, more sustainable work and life structures, greater trust in their internal signals, and relief from patterns of chronic overfunctioning.Because this is a collaborative process shaped by each client’s circumstances and participation, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. The container provides intensive guidance, reflection, and restructuring support. It does not promise a particular financial, health, relationship, or career result.

What's your refund policy?

Soul Activation is a co-creative process that requires full commitment from both of us. Because this work involves significant preparation, energetic investment, and individualized pacing, all sales are final. Details can be found in our Client Agreement once accepted and before finalizing payment.If something feels uncertain, the Alignment Call is the appropriate space to ask questions and ensure the container feels aligned before moving forward.

Is this open to non-Black people or people who do not identify as women?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Private Soul Activation™ is open to women of all racial backgrounds, while intentionally centering Black women’s experiences. This work is deeply informed by Black feminist, neurodivergent, and Afro-Caribbean ancestral perspectives. Anti-Blackness, hierarchy, and extraction are not compatible with this container.Trans women are welcome, and nonbinary or gender-expansive applicants may be considered when the work strongly aligns with their lived experience. It is not currently designed for cisgender men. Because only two clients are accepted each year, every application is reviewed individually for alignment, scope, readiness, and whether Dr. Sam is the right person to support the applicant’s particular transition.
